Terms of Use
These terms set out the rules that apply when you use the EVİZO website, create a service request through it and follow that request. By using the site you accept them.
What the site is for
The site is published to present the repair, renovation and interior design services EVİZO provides in Istanbul and to receive requests for them. Service descriptions, scope lists and guide articles on the site are general information; they are not technical advice or a commitment regarding a particular home, fault or building. Images shown represent our fields of work and delivery standard.
Creating a request is not a contract
Sending a request through the form does not mean the work has been automatically accepted or that a price is fixed. A request is an application that reaches the EVİZO office; it is reviewed, a survey is planned if needed, and the scope and quote are put to you separately for approval. The working relationship is formed when both sides approve the scope and the quote. EVİZO reserves the right not to accept a request for reasons such as capacity, district or the nature of the work.
Scope, quote and appointment
The scope states the work to be done, which surfaces will be opened, who supplies materials and which items fall outside it. The validity period of the quote, and any conditions attached to it, are shared with the quote itself. The appointment is agreed with you after the scope is approved, around the district route plan and any building or complex access rules. If something arises during the work that changes the scope, it is put to you and your approval taken before any additional work is carried out.
Your responsibilities
The contact details, address and problem description you give must be accurate so that the work can be planned correctly. You are expected to provide access to the work area at the appointment time and to arrange any permissions or entry procedures required by the building management. Removing fragile and valuable items from the work area and keeping pets in a safe space are your responsibility. If the address or access turns out to be unsuitable after the team has set off, the appointment is rescheduled.
The content you upload
By attaching photos and videos to a request you confirm you have the right to share them. Take care that other people, neighbours or identity documents do not appear in them, and do not upload content containing other people’s personal data. Content that is unlawful, infringes someone’s rights or is unrelated to the subject of the request may be removed. These images are used only to run your request; using them for promotional purposes is possible only if you give separate, explicit permission.
Guide content and a safety warning
Guide articles are written to give general information and do not replace an on-site technical inspection; anything you carry out on the strength of them is at your own responsibility. In urgent and dangerous situations such as a smell of natural gas, an electrical fault, flooding, fire or structural cracking, leave the area safely first, isolate the relevant supply if you can, and contact the appropriate emergency service directly. Work on natural gas installations, meters and a building’s loadbearing structure is exclusively a matter for licensed authorities.
Intellectual property and changes to these terms
The texts, images, logo and design elements on the site belong to EVİZO and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission. These terms may be updated if the services or legal requirements change, and the current text is always published on this page. Questions about the terms, and any clarification you need, can be sent through the contact channels published on the site.
Online interior design service
Sending a brief and choosing a package is neither a quote nor a contract; a Project ID only confirms that your request has been received. The site never calculates prices or execution costs automatically; the scope and fee are shared with you after the brief is reviewed and before any work starts. AI-assisted tools may support our team, while the final design and technical drawings are reviewed by specialists. The revision scope follows the agreed package. You are responsible for the accuracy of the measurements, plans and information you share, and for having the right to share the images you upload. Execution is optional, and execution availability is confirmed based on project location.
Portfolio and marketing consent
Using project images in the EVİZO portfolio and marketing is a separate, optional consent. It is not a condition of the service and is never pre-selected. If you give it, images are used without your personal details. You can withdraw it at any time through the contact channels published on the site; withdrawal applies to any use from that date on.
