How do I request a service?

Open the request form, choose the service you need and your district, add photos or a short video if you like, then enter your contact details and send. No account is needed, and you can also message us on WhatsApp.

Do I need to send photos?

It is not required, but it helps. A few photos or a short video of the issue or the space let us pass your request to the right specialist and clarify the scope faster. You can still create a request without them; where needed we plan an on-site survey.

How is the price decided?

The price is set once the scope is clear; if photos are not enough we plan a survey. The price and the expected duration are sent to you in writing, and no work starts until you approve the price.

Can I request more than one service?

Yes. In the request form you choose the main service and can add other works to the same request, and on the renovation page you can select several works together. Everything is planned under one request reference, and EVİZO coordinates it.

When is the appointment set?

The appointment is set after the price and scope are approved, around the district route plan and any building access rules. The date and time are agreed with you.

Do you offer complete apartment renovation?

Yes. In a turnkey renovation every stage, from survey to handover, runs with one team and one written scope. If you prefer, you can request only specific works such as the kitchen, bathroom, flooring or painting.

Which areas does EVİZO cover?

Küçükçekmece, Beylikdüzü, Esenyurt, Avcılar and Başakşehir are priority active districts. Other Istanbul districts are confirmed before booking according to the service and team capacity.

Who supplies the materials?

You can supply the materials yourself or ask EVİZO to source them. Either way, material items are listed separately in the scope.

How do I track my request?

When you create a request you receive a reference beginning with EVZ. On the tracking page that reference and your phone number show the current status, the last update and the next step.

How is my data protected?

Your address, phone number and uploaded images are used only to manage your request. Images are not public and can be viewed only by the authorised team and through your own tracking session. Customer data or home images are never used for marketing without separate, explicit permission.

Is there a survey fee?

If a survey is needed, any approved fee—or that it is free—is disclosed before you confirm the booking. No survey or charge is created without your approval.

How do warranty, aftercare and complaints work?

Warranty and aftercare terms depend on the scope and are confirmed in writing in your quote. For a problem or complaint, message the company WhatsApp with your request reference.

Does finding a leak always mean breaking the wall?

No. We start with moisture readings, meter monitoring and visual inspection. Any surface to be opened is agreed with you only after the source has been narrowed down.

Why does my breaker keep tripping?

The most common causes are overload, a faulty appliance and moisture-related earth leakage. Noting which circuit trips and what was running speeds up diagnosis.

How often should an air conditioner be serviced?

One service per season is a common approach in busy homes. Filter cleaning may be needed more often depending on use.

Can a swollen cabinet carcass be saved?

If the swelling is surface-level and the moisture source can be stopped, the module can often be kept. Where the load-bearing panel has broken down, replacing the module lasts longer.

Does a rubbing door need replacing?

Usually not. Hinge adjustment, a frame check and light planing where needed will normally solve it.

Do all parts need to be present for assembly?

Yes. A missing screw or connector can stop the job, so we recommend checking the box contents beforehand.

Can several jobs be done in one visit?

Yes, that is exactly what this service is for. Share the list with photos and we will tell you in advance which jobs fit into one visit.

Can I enclose my balcony in an apartment building?

Because enclosing a balcony changes the look of the facade, building management approval may be needed in an apartment block. We recommend settling that before any work begins; technical suitability, fixing points and rainwater drainage are then established at survey.

The inside of my double glazing has fogged. Can it be cleaned?

No. Fogging between the panes means the edge seal of the unit has failed and moisture has got in, so the unit is replaced. Where the frame is sound, usually only the glazing unit is renewed and the frame is left as it is.

What should I consider before fitting window grilles?

A grille should protect against break-ins without closing off the only way out in an emergency such as a fire. Particularly in bedrooms we consider designs with a lockable section that opens from inside, and we point out that work on an apartment building facade may need building management approval.

When are the part and price confirmed?

After the model and fault are verified, the scope and price are presented for approval before work starts.

Can I use the bathroom during the renovation?

The bathroom is out of use during strip-out and waterproofing. If there is no second bathroom in the flat we allow for that in the plan and tell you in advance which stages leave the water off.

Can I live in the flat during the renovation?

It can work when the scope is limited to a single room. Where services, floors and plastering run at the same time, an empty flat makes the work both faster and safer because of dust and shut-offs.

Can new tiles be laid over old ones?

Where the existing tiles are sound, flat and free of hollows, it is possible with a suitable primer and adhesive; the floor level then rises, so door clearance and thresholds are allowed for too. Where tiles are loose or cracked, removal and levelling come first; otherwise the new tiles inherit the same defect.

How much height does a suspended ceiling take?

The loss depends on the frame type, the services passing above it and the depth of the downlights. We measure the existing height at survey and state the resulting clear height in the written scope.

Why does mould come back after cleaning?

Because cleaning removes the symptom, not the moisture source. Until condensation, water ingress or a plumbing leak is resolved, the surface stains again each season.

How does this differ from kitchen maintenance or kitchen design?

Kitchen maintenance covers adjustment, part replacement and connection repairs on existing cabinets. Kitchen design prepares the layout and material decisions as a buildable plan. Kitchen renovation rebuilds the kitchen from strip-out to handover; if you already have a design we work from it, and if not we settle the layout together at survey.

Why do dull marks appear on a marble top?

Marble is a calcium carbonate stone; lemon, vinegar, some drinks and acidic cleaners attack the surface chemically and leave dull marks, known as etching. This is surface damage rather than a stain, and a sealer does not prevent it. Light etching can be removed by honing and polishing, and for heavily used kitchen areas we discuss this sensitivity at the material-selection stage.

Can a new floor be laid over old tiles?

For laminate, vinyl or SPC it is often possible where the floor is flat and free of hollows; if the added thickness reduces the gap under a door, trimming the door is added to the scope. Where tiles are loose or cracked, removal and levelling come first; otherwise the new covering inherits the same defect.

What does a turnkey scope include?

The scope is set in writing after the survey, through the room schedule; typical items are strip-out, plumbing and electrics, screed and surfaces, joinery, kitchen, bathroom, painting and the final clean. Anything not on the schedule is not treated as included, and any later additions are written into the scope and put to you for approval before they are carried out.

When can finishing works start?

Once the plumbing and electrical runs are closed in and tested, and plaster and screed have dried sufficiently. Paint applied to a damp surface can blister, so we check surface moisture at survey and build any waiting time into the programme where needed.

Can residents keep using the common areas during the work?

In most cases, yes. We divide the work into sections, keep access routes open and protected, and carry out noisy and dusty work at times agreed with the building management. Work in common areas does not start without the approval of the building management or the flat owners.

Can the design be taken on its own, without the build?

Yes. You can take the plan, material selection and drawing package alone, then build with EVİZO teams or with your own contractor.

Is painting over a damp stain enough?

No. Paint applied before the source is stopped will yellow and blister; we locate the source first and, once the surface is dry, continue with a stain-blocking primer.

Would ready-made furniture not be enough instead of bespoke?

Where walls are plumb and the space is a standard size, a ready-made unit can be enough. With an alcove, a column projection or a sloping ceiling, only a piece made to on-site dimensions closes the gaps.

Can the sink or hob move to another wall?

It may be possible; the decision rests on the drainage falls, the gas line and the electrical supply. At survey we check whether the waste pipe can reach the new sink position with enough fall. Because moving a gas line involves its own approval and installation process, that change is written into the design as a separate item.

Can the bath be replaced with a level-access shower?

It may be possible; what decides it is where the drain sits and whether the floor has enough depth to form the falls. We measure this at survey, and if a threshold-free shower is not achievable we present a low-profile tray alternative with its drawing.

How do you decide which of our existing furniture stays?

We measure the pieces you are thinking of keeping and assess their condition and fit with the new layout together with you. For a sound piece that looks tired we offer refinishing or reupholstery as an option, and for one that does not fit the plan we suggest using it in another room; which pieces stay is your decision.

Why does the colour we chose from the card look different on the wall?

A small chip on a colour card does not show the undertone or how the shade behaves in the light of the room. The same shade cools in north light and warms in south light or under warm-white lamps, so the decision is made after viewing large patches on the wall in the morning, at midday and in the evening.

Is an even grid of downlights not enough?

An even grid lights the floor but often leaves walls, worktops and seating corners short, and because all the light comes from one direction the room looks flat. Completing the ambient light with task and accent layers gives a more balanced result in most homes.

Why is choosing materials from photos or in a showroom not enough?

Screens and showroom lighting misrepresent colour and texture, and how neighbouring materials affect one another cannot be judged by looking at each on its own. That is why floor, worktop, cabinet front and fabric samples are reviewed together on one board, in daylight and evening light, in the room where they will be used.
