LEGAL
Privacy Policy
This policy explains in plain language what information is collected when you use the EVİZO website, what it is used for, where it is held and how you keep control of it. For the legal framework under Turkish data protection law, you can also read the Data Protection Notice.
What this policy covers
This policy applies to this website, to the service requests you create through it and to the request tracking screen. When you tap a WhatsApp or phone link on the site you move into that application, and your correspondence there is also subject to that provider’s own terms. Links to third-party sites outside EVİZO’s control are governed by the privacy notice of the site concerned.
The information we collect
We collect only what is needed to run a request or a message: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, the appointment address, an optional location, the description of the problem and any images you upload. The record of the request itself accompanies this: the reference, the service and district selected, the status history, and appointment and scope details. Technical logs created as you browse (such as request time, page address and browser type) may be kept at infrastructure level for security and error tracking. You do not need an account to use the site, and no payment details are asked for in the forms.
What we use the information for
The information is used to understand the request, identify the right trade, plan a survey where one is needed, prepare the scope and quote, arrange the appointment and get back to you. The same records feed the tracking screen so you can see the status using your reference. Your data is not scored by an automated decision system: the scope and quote are always prepared by human assessment and put to you for approval. It is not used to send you marketing messages unrelated to the service.
Uploaded files and the tracking screen
Photos and videos are held in storage that is not publicly accessible and is not indexed. A file can be reached only by the authorised team running the request, the assigned technician and your own tracking session. The tracking screen verifies the phone number recorded on the request alongside the reference, so that guessing a reference is not enough to view a record. If you want a file that is no longer relevant to your request deleted, you can tell us through our contact channels.
Sharing and infrastructure providers
Information is not sold to third parties. Sharing happens in three situations only: with the technician or team assigned to carry out the work, with the service providers that supply technical infrastructure such as hosting, storage and messaging, and in response to properly made requests from legally authorised authorities. Service providers process the data only on EVİZO’s behalf and within contractual limits. What is passed to teams is limited to the minimum needed to do the job.
Retention, deletion and your rights
Records are kept for as long as delivering the service requires and then for the retention periods set out in legislation; once those expire they are deleted or anonymised. To access your information, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to processing or withdraw a consent you have given, you can reach us through the contact channels published on the site. Quoting your reference and the phone number used on the request helps us match your application to the right record faster.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when our services or the infrastructure we use change. The current text is always published on this page, so we suggest re-reading it before an important decision. A change to the policy does not retroactively alter the scope of a request already under way or terms already agreed with you.
Online interior design briefs
When you use the EVİZO Online Interior Design brief form we process your name, phone, WhatsApp and email details; your country and city; your project type, area, property status, timing, style, budget and package preferences; your project description; and the photos, videos, floor plans, PDF, DWG/DXF files, sketches and inspiration images you upload. We process this data to assess your request, give you a Project ID, contact you and, if we agree on the work, deliver the design service, on the legal basis that it is necessary to enter into and perform a contract. The form can only be sent after you accept the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use.
Who can access project files
The files you upload are never published at a public address; they are kept in closed storage and access is checked every time a file is opened. Only EVİZO managers and the design team members assigned to your project can see the files and the brief, and only as far as their task requires. Our team may include freelance designers working in other countries; they see only the projects assigned to them and never your contact details such as phone, WhatsApp or email. Where AI-assisted tools support the design work, only the brief and images needed for the task are shared with them, never your contact details.
Portfolio and marketing consent
Using project images in the EVİZO portfolio and marketing is a separate, optional consent. It is not a condition of the service and is never pre-selected. If you give it, images are used without your personal details. You can withdraw it at any time through the contact channels published on the site; withdrawal applies to any use from that date on.
