FAQ
Questions about this service
Is painting over a damp stain enough?
No. Paint applied before the source is stopped will yellow and blister; we locate the source first and, once the surface is dry, continue with a stain-blocking primer.
Can painting be done with the furniture still in place?
Yes. Furniture is gathered to the middle of the room and covered, floors and frames are masked, and extra protection is used for the dusty sanding stage.
How should we decide on a colour?
The room orientation, the daylight it receives and the floor colour drive the choice. We suggest testing the shade as a sample patch on the wall and viewing it in both morning and evening light.
