Questions about this service
Can I live in the flat during the renovation?
It can work when the scope is limited to a single room. Where services, floors and plastering run at the same time, an empty flat makes the work both faster and safer because of dust and shut-offs.
Can internal walls be removed to open up the space?
Only for non-load-bearing walls and within what the building management permits. We establish at survey whether a wall is structural, and propose an alternative where it is.
Can the renovation be split into stages?
Yes. Because the scope is written room by room, wet areas can be planned first and living spaces later; we agree the order together.
