When do you need this?
In the damp Istanbul winter, painting over a stain does no more than postpone the problem; within a few seasons the same mark returns in the same place. We first separate condensation from water entering the building and from a plumbing leak, then design the insulation layer and the ventilation arrangement to match the source.

FAQ
Questions about this service
Why does mould come back after cleaning?
Because cleaning removes the symptom, not the moisture source. Until condensation, water ingress or a plumbing leak is resolved, the surface stains again each season.
Should insulation go inside or outside?
External application deals with thermal bridges more completely, but it depends on a building-management decision. When working at flat level, internal insulation is planned together with the right layers and a ventilation arrangement.
Can a damp wall be painted straight away?
No. Paint applied before the surface has dried and the source has been dealt with blisters quickly. Moisture is brought down first, the surface is repaired, and only then is paint applied.
